Shawn McCoy has been hand-cleaning chandelier parts in the family garage for longer than he cares to remember. All of the years spent as a captive participant have groomed Shawn into the master chandelier technician that he is today. Shawn is also an exceptional pianist, which gives him an almost unfair advantage in terms of manual dexterity and precise execution. In late 2009, Shawn engineered a series of unique tools and cleaning processes which enabled our team to reach and thoroughly detail the smallest confines during a very large and in-depth project. This system allowed us to provide results far beyond what we had originally anticipated and with considerable savings in time and materials. Unlike his father, Shawn mainly works alone or with one assistant. Since 1985, founder and estate concierge Jake McCoy provided extremely high-quality niche services to movie stars, sports legends, film sets and thousands of large & unusual homes in Austin, Tampa, and Philadelphia's Main Line elite. A serial entrepreneur, Jake McCoy launched a number of original niche companies including: Austin Chandelier Services, Interior Detailing Services, Patio Butler, Dustex Microtech, AllerFreeZone, and West Hills Domestics. In the early 1990s, Jake became known as "Austin's Leading Home Care Specialist", when his humor-laced advice became a popular item in the local press and numerous syndicated radio & television stations.   With over 25 years of hands-on expertise in chandelier & art detailing, estate management and complex project planning, Jake authored a series of books on the private domestic services industry and is now pursuing a career as an author and industry expert motivational speaker.
